| CONCEPT The well-lit premises reached via a roped pathway along a stream is divided into two sections: table seating and raised floor /horigotatsu/ seating, with a counter bar available as well. And on clear days, you can enjoy an espresso and drinks out on the tree-shaded terrace beside the stream. All utensils used have been specially produced or selected by Sfera, and are available for purchase upstairs in the Sfera Shop. Every effort has been made to utilise the widest range of local produce to ensure the peak of natural growth and to accentuate an ever-changing seasonal appeal. Only the freshest of ingredients and rarest traditional flavourings, judisciously prepared, invite slow savouring in a tastefully modern Japanese interior specially conceived by Sfera and Ricordi. |
