The disclosure of information in such cases, either to vendors or under requirement by law, is carried out for purposes of a wholly legitimate nature.
4. Handling of Information by Third Parties
The treatment and protection of information passed on or disclosed to third parties is carried out appropriately, as outlined in article 3. We strictly prohibit any use of customer information by third parties other than those outlined in article 1.
5. Cessation of Disclosure
If, for any reason, the customer should no longer find use for our products or services, or those of any affiliated company, we ask to be contacted and the matter addressed, after which all communications will be ceased.
6. Disclosure, Amendments and Deletion
If a customer wishes that his/her personal information be either amended or deleted, we ask to be contacted and the matter addressed, after which we will amend our records in the shortest time possible.
